Q1. Samples, MOQ, OEM & ODM
A:  Neutral brand order: MOQ 1 pcs for first sample order; MOQ 1 max carton for repeat order.
OEM brand order: MOQ 500 pcs to customized brand the lock, box, manual, warranty chart.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: No OEM PID: lead time 1~5 days for samples, lead time 2~4 weeks for mass production depend on season.
OEM PID: Sample order cannot OEM PID.  Lead time 4~5 weeks for mass production.

Q3. How do you ship the goods?
A: By express, air cargo and sea.

Q4. Are you manufacturer or trading company?
